Default Dairy Products Cuts Risk of Stroke & Heart Disease
A new study showed that full fat dairy products may reduce risk of cardiovascular-related death. The study was conducted by Dr Jolieke van der Pols from the Queensland Institute of Medical Research (QIMR).

He said:

"We found that people with the highest intake of full-fat dairy had 70% less chance of death by heart disease or stroke than those who had the lowest intake of full-fat dairy.

"It is possible that milk fat may contain nutrients that counteract the expected negative effects of the saturated fat in dairy products,"
If you love dairy products, then this is great news for you. It's time to consume more of them. Be reminded, though, that this study is on FULL FAT DAIRY PRODUCTS. If you want to switch from reduced fat to full fat, Don't forget to watch your fat intake.

Good.. I love dairy products especially milk.. Full fat milk? Hmm.. I'll think about it.. High fat milk are also high in calories but if they have this benefit, I may start drinking them..

The reason I gained weight 2 years ago was because of drinking full fat milk.. It may be good for the heart and helps prevent stroke but I can't afford to risk another weight gain if I drink them again.
