I just recently an article that it doesn't work. There has been many testimonials that consumers did not notice any difference on their body at all. I am not sure though if those are really true or not. Anyone can give us more info about this?

I read that this diet starts with a 2 day pre-cleanse phasewhich consist of 2 meal replacements a day. After that, you go on a 15 day cleansing and 15 days of shake and/or soup. You can eat one regualr meal (400-600 calories) and you also take supplements.
