Hi everyone
I always thought of having vegetarian cus it's supposedly healthier and vegeratian people live longer lives and have less diseases. The only thing that's keeping me from switching to a vegetarian diet is because i have the fear that I will not get enough nutrition by not planning my diet well. Just wondering what your opinion is on vegetarian diet, and whether there are good resources on how to plan a healthy nutritious vegetarian diet? Thanks, Tom |

Hi!
My opinion about vegeterian is not so optimistic because by cutting meat and fish you cut a lot of vitamins and elements your body needs for normal operation. And it's quite hard to create a balanced diet for you. Especially when it comes to find a good protein source (meat is a good one ![]() You can get protein by eating beans and nuts but that's not an ideal replacement. Be ready that you won't have enough energy at the start and will feel weak a bit. You can try it. To be or not to be - you'll decide it after a "being a vegetarian" demo. ![]() |
