I have been getting more into the green and black teas. I'm not a fan of hot tea, but cold green and black teas have a lot of health benefits. Watch out for the commerical brands that load them with high fructose corn syrup though.

I'm a diet coke addict. I've been drinking it since I was 5 years old and I think I really have developed an addiction to the chemical balance of it. I actually suffer a kind of withdrawl without it. Diet coke is my favorite drink all year long!
anyway, in the summer it's nice to mix diet coke with low calorie lemonade. It tastes almost like a virgin long island ice tea. It's also very easy to make low calorie versions of daquaris and other frozen alcoholic drinks by using fat free ice cream or frozen yorgurt. But remember that liquor is high in calories, so drink in moderation. Also, iced coffee is always nice, and black coffee can help you burn calories. |
I love tea. I always make sure I drink it everyday. I like hot teas more though. after a while, one can get used to the taste

Nothing beats lemon-water (think of it as lemonade without the sugar). Everyone should be drinking at least one 2-liter bottle of water a day and this is a great way to get it. Lemons are acidic by themselves, because of the citric acid, but their effect on body chemistry ph is very alkaline. Since they also contain significant amounts of important vitamins and minerals, taking lemon with water every day is a very good idea! A slightely alkaline PH is critical to good health and what I learned about it at offto.net/KeysToHealth/ really blew my mind!

I only like to eat raw carrots and tomatoes but I never really like it if I take them as juice. I never thought of mixing them with fruits either. Perhaps I should I should give that a try. thanks for the tip bebekkoleng

I don't drink soda either..even if it's zero calories. I drink low calorie iced tea (10 calories per bottled serving) or flavored water (0 calories)

I sometimes make fruit shakes and smooties but I usually just make fresh orange juice and lemonade during the summer.

my favourite drink will be carrot and tomato juice... you should try to mixed it with any fresh fruit like orange or apple...
