Which one do you prefer? I have tasted both but I love green tea more because it has more anti-oxidants. Although I have to say that also I love black tea's distinct flavor. It has more caffeine and has a chocolaty flavor , but this is also the reason why I love green tea more. Too much caffeine is not good for the skin and our health. In some occasion though it's great to have black tea but I don't like drinking them everyday . Another reason why I love green tea more than black is that it does not stain my teeth as. I notice a little discoloration on my teeth when I consume more black tea.

I love both but I still prefer green tea. The caffeine content in black tea is nice but I don't like taking them too much. I didn't know though that green tea has more anti-oxidants than black tea. Thanks for letting us know

I love green tea and white tea . Black tea is okay but I don't like it as much

Both are good actually and I have tried them but in the end, I preferred green tea. It contains more antioxidants, less caffeine and doesn't stain your teeth as much.
