Default Things that make me ANGRY!!!
We have gone vitamin and supplement happy in this world. Everything from Juice, Energy Drinks, Water and even Gum now has a vitamin in it. that is outrageous. yes i understand there are certain circumstances in which we may need to take vitamins for example if someone has 2 jobs and only has one meal a day. but for the rest of us that eat 3 meals a day we do not need any extra vitamins and other supplements. if anything its just a stunt by these companies to trick you into buying their products. i mean come on gum with vitamins?????????? it makes me laugh every time i see a new product lol.
(my opinion on this)
ill be adding more to this soon

I just came across searching on google about nutritions latest news. And i just read that gums contains vitamins already. That makes you laugh? Well for me, its not. It just makes me say "Wow!" and i think i read an article that says even T-Shirts got vitamin C from sun.. Isn't that nice?

Well, from what I've read, it's awfully hard to get enough vitamins and minerals by eating three meals of average food. Apparently we need more vitamins and minerals that the current food pyramid, and our food supply is not as nutritious as it used to be. Hence, organic food has become alot more popular. So I think to actually get enough vitamins and minerals, we'd have to eat alot more organic food and extra whole food supplements, etc. instead of the synthetic ones and change alot of the cooking methods. Even if they put something in the gum, what kind of product did they put in the gum? My $0.02.

I would test this theory, eat a well balanced diet for 30 days and then go to the doctor and get some tests and blood work done and see if you are getting all the required vitamins and minerals from your diet, thats a simple plan to see if we really need supplements.
