The best places to buy nutritional supplements are on Internet sites and health stores that specialize in quality products. Unfortunately, drug and grocery stores sometimes neglect to check the expiration dates on their supplements; you may end up buying a less-than-fresh product.

In essence, the best place to buy your nutritional supplements is through a company or store you trust, that guarantees the freshness and quality of their products, and that makes no preposterous claims that you’ll live to be 120 years old or that you’ll never get a cold again in your life. Healthy food choices and nutritional supplements won’t make you immortal, but they will give you a vital quality of life that is genuinely priceless.

Interesting thread,

Nutritional supplements represent a support to our body. The nutritional supplements clean the human body and restore the deficiencies present inside. While taken constantly, nutritional supplements promote good health and help prevent disease. Nutritional supplements represent a good thing that we need. It is best to satisfy the body's vitamin and mineral needs with a healthy diet. Nutritional supplements can come in all different shapes and sizes - many different nutritional supplements can make a huge difference in your life. Nutritional supplements are exactly what they imply; they are the vitamins and minerals and other nutrients that your body needs to be healthy.

Default Is protein you get from say a nutrition bar or soy or beans the same...
...protein you get from meat? Does protein in any form do the same thing?

Im a vegetarian and my dad insists that you need protein from meat not just from protein bars or soy or beans or cereal.

i know protein is good for you no matter what but is protein from meat actually different?is there any difference?

it may not be the same protien but your body will most likely break it down and use it the same way as it would use say protein from beef. hope that was helpful.. oh and if your vegetarian. try having tofu.

Yeah different proteins but they will probably be used the same way. Maybe some beans too!
