hey guys, i am pretty skinny and i want to get a lot bigger but it is really hard for me. on an average day what i eat is:
breakfast: 6 peices of wheetbix and juice - nachos as a snack lunch: sandwich - chips/ice cream/chocolate etc for a snack dinner: usually something like pasta, rice, chicken etc but what i need help with is how do i get bigger? plz dont reply with sayin..just eat more it would really help with sayin what do i eat that will help me put on the kilos quicker anyway if anyone gets back 2 me thatll be really good |
