Why doesn't McDonalds just get healthy food?
 

Okay so McDonalds has healthy food options, but it is not much. Its just pretty much unhealthy salads & fruit. (and snack wraps) But they continue to advertise their big macs & cheeseburgers all the time.
Why don't they just make a new burger with a whole grain bun & veggies like cucumbers to go on it?

all you need to do is look look under the arch. Sold billions and billions....it wasnt billions of boca burgers. And if people/society was so worried about the "unhealthy" food why do we still buy it?

When they have have the whole grain bun veggie cuked branded to market the golden arches so the flavor is that not the same of Subway or somewhere else than it will come.It's gotta have flavor appeal .Why do people like Big Mac's - the sauce
the chicken sandwich - the sauce the nuggets- the sauce
even the apples must have sauce so for that reason and I think it will take more time for a veggy sauce marketeer to create that whole grain veggie burger with the golden arch sauce approval.

If you want healthy food then don't go to a fast food place. Go to subway. I know burger king sells veggy burgers.

Make your own healthy food ok.

Cause it's a fast food restaurant

Because if most people wanted that, they'd go somewhere else. I live around the corner from one, and it's busy nonstop. So, people must be pretty happy with their current menu ! And they do have a grilled chicken sandwich on a wheat bun.
