optimal nutrition? also which flavor?

I have Maximuscle Cyclone Banana flavour and it is the best tasting shake I have come across, though it is a bit pricey.
Is the only powder i have actually been able to mix with just water and actually enjoy (is much better with milk though!)

I have Whey protein...the berry flavored one....I got that one so I can just mix it with water and not add any xtra calories from milk....It tastes ok....you can add berries or bananas....I've had alot worse b4...it's def doable!! Good Luck!!
