hey! so I'm new to online forums so excuse me if this is in the wrong place!
Alright so to start off I used to be 165lbs which is my current goal. Right now I'm about 190-195 lbs. I am a 22 year old male, 5 feet 9 inches tall. My exercise routine will be running/jogging 5x a week for 30-45 minutes each day and at least a hour riding a bike each day during the weekends. I would go to the gym but with my work I am out of the cities and don't have access to one. So far I've been looking around the forums and I am a bit confused as to what and how much I should be eating everyday? I'm new to dieting and have never had to do this before. If anyone has any input as to what my diet plan should be , or at least something to base it around it would be much appreciated!! Thanks in advance for your input !! ![]() |
