I am 42 year old woman from louisiana, I am actually fed up of being this fat and really wanted to know if anyone here has

Hey jenifersmihts, i will suggest you not to take such fat loss product which are avialable in the market.Some are just fake and some will cause side effects to your body.Take a regular diet plan. I know it will take time but you may have heard about "Slow and steady,wins the race" .
