Default Do Fastfood Restaurants Really Serve Junk Foods?
I just discovered nutritionix calculator which is supposed to be an online nutrition calculator made to check nutrients on every meal we order from famous fastfood restaurants. I tried to create this sandwich from Burger King with:
Tender Grill Chicken
Lettuce
Tomato
Sesame Bun (small)
Mayo

This has resulted to 34g protein and 28g of carbs. So if I take the Sesame Bun, I can keep the carbs low.

Any other suggestion?

I say lose the bun and add more lettuce and tomatoes which will keep you full longer. It's loaded with vitamins and high in fiber too. But make sure it's Romaine Lettuce and not Iceberg Lettuce as the later is an inferior source of nutrition. I'm not sure how healthy the grilled chicken is though.

Maybe lose the mayo too? Or maybe you can replace mayo to mustard? I tsp of mayo is 49 calories while 1tsp of mustard only has 3 calories .
