Do you guys have food that you'll never ever ever give up even if you have to lose a lot of weight? I'm in love with bread and boba tea! Even though i'm on a diet, i drink boba tea at least 1 a week and i eat bread as a meal eg for breakfast i eat 2 slices of wholewheat bread(sometimes white bread) and spread (1 teaspoon). I know they are bad but i just cannot help it! Its also causing me to lose weight really slowly. Is it alright for me to carry on satisfying my "cravings" and is bread bad for diets? I heard it is i mean since its carbs but i dont like salads and bread is a better choice than lets say a bowl of noodles right...

I totally agree. As for me, I can't give up on Pizza. I know it's bad..so instead of once a week, I changed it to every two weeks. It maybe bad since it's totally junk, but I'll get a lot of stress controlling myself. I want to live happy, but keep everything in moderation |

I think it's not bad as long as there's not much fat in it. Pizza is healthy if you know what's in it especially if it's a veggie pizza. The food I cannot give up is chocolate. I just love it and I don't have plans of giving it up. I don't want to deprive myself of the food I really want because if I do, one day my body will crave for it and I may not be able to stop. I've been there before and I'm not doing it again
