Default food that you'll NEVER ever give up
Do you guys have food that you'll never ever ever give up even if you have to lose a lot of weight? I'm in love with bread and boba tea! Even though i'm on a diet, i drink boba tea at least 1 a week and i eat bread as a meal eg for breakfast i eat 2 slices of wholewheat bread(sometimes white bread) and spread (1 teaspoon). I know they are bad but i just cannot help it! Its also causing me to lose weight really slowly. Is it alright for me to carry on satisfying my "cravings" and is bread bad for diets? I heard it is i mean since its carbs but i dont like salads and bread is a better choice than lets say a bowl of noodles right...

I totally agree.

As for me, I can't give up on Pizza. I know it's bad..so instead of once a week, I changed it to every two weeks. It maybe bad since it's totally junk, but I'll get a lot of stress controlling myself. I want to live happy, but keep everything in moderation

Ooop! Let me correct that..I found this information from the Internet that says "Pizza is healthiest without fatty meats and with tons of healthy vegetable toppings." So I tried to to check the facts using nutritionix, and here's what I got: Pizza Hut Fit'N Delicious Carb Tracker Pizza Pepperoni & Mushrooms: 490 calories, 25g fat, 39g carbs, 26g protein *Note: This is for the entire pizza -Fit’N Delicious Lower Fat Pizzas Tomatoes Mushrooms & Jalapeno peppers: 140 calories, 4g fat, 21g carbs, 6g protein *Note: This is for one large slice out of a 14” pizza What do you think?

I think it's not bad as long as there's not much fat in it. Pizza is healthy if you know what's in it especially if it's a veggie pizza. The food I cannot give up is chocolate. I just love it and I don't have plans of giving it up. I don't want to deprive myself of the food I really want because if I do, one day my body will crave for it and I may not be able to stop. I've been there before and I'm not doing it again
