Be careful not to overeat them though because a cup of avocado has 276 calories. Although it's rich in healthy fats that is good for the heart. Mango is also rich in calories but also rich in fiber. Oranges are also my favorite as I have not had cough and cold for awhile because I eat orange often. Just keep it in moderation and you'll be fine.

Really? Wow that's a lot of calories for a fruit! But you are right though, I'll be okay as long as I eat them in moderation. I add a slice of orange on my water and I enjoy drinking it a lot. I'm just crazy over avocado and I normally eat them with milk and it's so good. I'll make sure I only eat half a cup each time and use skim milk to lessen the calories.
