Why do you think dieting is so hard on other people? Why do some people can't commit to their diet? I read an article at thefamilygp.com and they listed the top 10 reasons why some people choose not to lose weight:
1. I can’t resist temptation 2. I’m too busy to exercise and prepare healthy meals 3. I’m happier as I am 4. I lose weight but it just creeps back on 5. My appetite is too big 6. I’m not feeling up to it 7. It’s my natural body shape 8. I’m an emotional eater 9. I am big boned 10. Healthy foods don’t fill me up Do you think these are reasons or excuses? what are your thoughts in this? |
