hello every one im new to this im on my second day of my atkins diet and im struggling to find things to eat and dont want to be getting bored of the same things. i am also feeling really weak and tired during the day which is no good when i have a child but cant sleep at night im just looking for abit of support please i really wanna get bk to the me when i was 16 n dont want to give up on this like i av other diets xxxx

hi, ive tried low carbing a few times but this time ive made more of an effort to think about what im going to eat, the thing ive done is look at loads of different websites to get ideas, im no cook but ive made a crustless quiche that i eat cold on the way to work in the morning, lunch is always a big salad with prawns and mayo or chicken, dinner ive brought birds eye salmon in butter sauce with veg or try different meats with simple sauces, hope this helped

There is so much food out there that we can eat that I was not too concerned about what I could not eat. I love cheese stick and pork rinds and you can shake it up, like have steak for breakfast, and eggs for supper you can have deviled eggs, and bacon, you can have fish gently fried in real butter, Read the post that was started about what did you have to eat today ???something like that , You will get lots of ideas.
