I want to talk about which foods we skipped today and to help us maintain our diet. Why did you have to deprive yourself of it? Sharing this info will help our members feel that they aren't alone in dieting and saying no isn't a bad thing at all. This will also encourage our members to avoid foods that aren't good for their diet. Maybe at least for today
![]() I was in the mall this afternoon and was tempted to eat pizza with my friends but I stopped before I started negotiating with myself. It's been awhile since I last ate a slice of pizza and today seemed to be a good day to enjoy it. I wasn't hungry but the smell of it was just so delicious I wanted to grab a bite or few. I ended up eating a potato salad which was only about 108 calories ![]() ![]() |
