Default How did you get fat?
I hope this doesn't offend anyone.. I just want to know how you got fat? Was it because of pregnancy? Overeating? Or were you born that way?

What was your eating habit like before you went on a diet?

I used to eat a lot and I honestly didn't realize I gained more than 30 pounds in less than a year. I think my friends are making me fat. They always invite me to eat out (especially in buffets).

I have big bones so if I overeat, even a little, I would gain weight. I also believe I was born with a slow metabolism so I need to really stay active.

I have never gained more weight than I should. My weight hasn't been an issue for me. I even take vitamins so I gain more weight. I guess I just have a good metabolism that I can easily burn everything I eat. I also don't eat much and rarely crave for food. I don't like junk foods except to chocolates so that helps a lot. I even prefer eating vegetables than meat

Good for you sasa. I have avoided eating too much junk foods to not gain unhealthy weight but I still give in to them sometimes. I have difficulty avoiding potato chips or fries. I just choose those that don't have preservatives and less sodium. I have recently switched to dried fruits so it's a lot healthier than junk foods.

I envy girls like you. I wish I can eat anything and not lose weight. I am so much into sports and that helps me burn my calories so I don't really have problems with my weight. I'm not sure though if I stop.

Having a very active lifestyle will definitely keep us fit and help burn all those calorie build up. I spend less time exercising so I really have to watch what I eat and make sure that I don't go beyond my daily calorie limit.
