Default Yoga for Weight Loss. Does it really work?
I've been wondering for some time now.. Does yoga really help you lose weight? There are different types of yoga so do all of them help you lose weight? Or are there types that really speed up weight loss?

Yes, it does. But there are certain types of yoga that can help burn calories but not really enough to lose weight. If you want, you can combind yoga with your current exercise. That should help you burn more calories.

If you want to try yoga for weight loss, you could these these poses:

Ashtanga Yoga
Power Yoga
Vinyasa yoga

Be sure to start in beginner level if it's you're first time to do yoga.
