I just finished about a 5-6 week diet as I wanted to get my winter weight off. I took off that extra 15 pounds now I just need to maintain and not go to crazy. Not so bad in the summer when I can get out and be active.

I've been taking an all natural meal replacement shake that is delicious. Over the past 6 weeks I've lost 7 pounds by just replacing one meal each day, any meal i choose.

if you'd like more infor email me directly.

i always started dieting and exercising right after the holidays. it's tough. i think i am genetically inclined to be "chubby".

but my boyfriend thinks chubby is hot so he's not complaining

i only go on a diet and exercise for health reasons. Everybody in my family has diabetes so I guess I'm bound to have it too. Not too soon I hope.

[QUOTE=Amapola;4808]I'm always dieting because I put weight quickly if I don't. Actually I'm on the chocolate diet and I really like it. I'ts easy to follow when you like chocolate.QUOTE]

Chocolate is not a diet. It is a recipe for doing permanent damage to your health. You are in the process of becoming a yo-yo dieter and will finish up obese while starving if you don't learn to eat properly.

Spend some time and surf my posts on this site. It might save you a life of misery.

I've been dieting for more than a year now. The process is slow but it works. I do exercises too but not as often as I want.

I started dieting probably 3-4 years ago and I have lost about 30-40lbs since then. I prefer long term weight loss over fast weight loss so even if it's slow but I haven't gained an ounce since.

I'm in a low calorie diet since 2001 and I reached my goal weight 3 years ago. I'm just doing maintenance now.
