i always started dieting and exercising right after the holidays. it's tough. i think i am genetically inclined to be "chubby".
but my boyfriend thinks chubby is hot so he's not complaining ![]() i only go on a diet and exercise for health reasons. Everybody in my family has diabetes so I guess I'm bound to have it too. Not too soon I hope. |

Chocolate is not a diet. It is a recipe for doing permanent damage to your health. You are in the process of becoming a yo-yo dieter and will finish up obese while starving if you don't learn to eat properly. Spend some time and surf my posts on this site. It might save you a life of misery. |
