Default New Mission... Any Advice?
Hi All.
I'm new here, and well yeah I'm over weight.
But...
I want to change that.
I have let myself slip over the past few years since I graduated,
and I now sit at 5'10, 200lbs.

Now I have a huge plan to change all my routines and hopefully it will be healthy, and work at getting me down to about 160-170 in a few months.

Here is my plan, give me any advise you have.
And please if I have the wrong Idea about something, constructive criticism is all good

1) Eat normally - Basically over the past year or so I have begun eating 1-2 meals a day because of work, and they are usually not that great for me (I do usually eat a couple tuna sandwiches a day, I need my protien lol).
So I am going to try to eat 3 solid meals a day, none of which consisting of hamburger helper, etc. I think I may have to go to a recipe site to find some cheap healthy meal alternatives, if you guys/gals don't have any good suggestions.

2) EXERCISE - I do exercise, it's just not enough. I normally do my 100 situps /50 push-ups a day, and I do go for bike rides 2 times a week. BUT I want to actually start running again. Probably 30 mins a day, before work. (Please if this is to crazy of a change tell me, I will gladly cut the time :P).
I don't know of any other exercises that I can do without a gym membership. I'm open to suggestions.

3) Find a decent supplement - I already take multi-vitamins (I've had to since I was like 10 otherwise I get sick alot). But I was thinking of trying something like hydroxycut, I've heard good things about it. I really am not set on a certain one, I am going to go into GNC to talk to someone there to see if they have any ideas(As awkward as it's going to be...).
And yes I do want to take a diet pill, for I want to lose this weight as fast as possible.

Anyways done boring you guys/gals with my huge speech, any feedback will be awesome. I'm looking forward to hearing from everyone, the more motivation the better(I'm sooooooo lazy, I need it) lol

I Will also be posting any results I have with my regime. So if you're ever on here subscribe, and I'll update quite a bit.

Thanks

I can already feel the exhaustion from working in the night shift. During restday, I'd rather sleep than go to a gym. What motivations can you advise?

I totally understand how you feel. Motivation advise? I guess it would depend on how determined you are to stay in shape. If you really want to reach your goal weight, that should be enough motivation for you to get up and exercise.

LOGDrummer, you're doing fine with your diet and exercise so I wouldn't advise you try diet pills. I understand you want to lose weight as fast as possible so if you really want to give it a try, just be sure that you are aware of the possible side effects.

I agree. Your diet sounds healthy but if you want to lose weight fast, perhaps you can try diet pills as long as you don't depend on it too much. I'm not recommending i though but it's up to you.
