I'm not a fat person.
I'm 5"6, about 130 lbs. But I seem to pack on the pounds only in a certain section. ![]() My waist is fine, but anything below that, all the way to just below my butt is noticably out of perportion. I've tried all sorts of crunches, and got nothing. It seems this area is getting larger and larger while my legs and upper body stay the same. Are there any basic excersizes that can help me there? ![]() |
