Default What is your New Year's Resolution
This is actually a yearly tradition of me and my friends. We write down our resolution and try to keep them. This year I want to be more healthy and focus on what I eat.

I am already eating healthy as I prefer to eat fruits and vegetables. I am not a fan of junk foods or soda. I am a fan of chocolates and I don't have plans yet of cutting it down lol! I make sure that I brush my teeth after eating lots of chocolates though to protect my teeth. Anyway I am not worried because dark chocolates are healthy and rich in anti-oxidant. It also offers health benefits too aside from just being a good desert

I have to say that I want to drink more water this year. I only eat very little amount of water everyday and I know that i should be drinking more but I am not a big fan. Maybe because I don't eat that much too so I don't feel the need of drinking too much water.

I think you really should think about drinking more water this time because you need them to hydrate your body and it should not only be taken while eating your meals. You need water to cleanse your body from the toxins that you bring in your body to keep it healthy.

Yeah I also think that I should. I actually do not take it for granted. I know that water is important in staying hydrated and healthy, but I just don't like how it tastes. It's funny but I don't like the taste, which is actually nothing lol.

I get what you mean. I feel that way sometimes . Drinking lots of fluid that don't taste anything. If you put it that way and think about how it tastes all the time, then you wouldn't like drinking it. Just think about what it can do to your health. It's like taking a bath. You feel refreshed and energized right after. That is how your body responds to water too. Feel the water instead of tasting it while you drink it . I hope this helps

That is a good point viktoria. Drinking plenty of water is good for the body and the skin too. If you want to be able to drink more but you don't like how it tastes (which is nothing you said) try squeezing a little part of lemon on your cold water and you will feel a different type of refreshment . I do that once in a while if I feel like consuming sodas. You will not really taste the lemon on your water but the smell of it makes you drink a little but more than the usual.

Thanks for the tips. I can really use them to make me drink more water this time. I just want to say that I don't drink sodas either. Just water but I just consume very little amount. Thanks again for the tips
