Hi, I am 23 years old and have been gaining on pounds and this is getting to me. The thing is that after several efforts of exercise and dieting, I don’t seem to get any slimmer! There are many ways to lose weight, but I have exhausted all the ways I know. I have consulted a few people but all of them have been telling me the same thing. It isn’t helping me and only making my fears worse.

Is there some way to make me feel better!!!
My office mate is using fat loss 4 idiots and it was so helpful for him to lose weights.

see pills are good if you are not able to follow the healthy diet and workout plan properly, they are basically an alternative...but like too much of anything is bad, too much of pills are also bad, so consider them as a makeshift alternatives, not the main way to lose weight

The best strategy is to exercise every single day and check your meal. You need a balanced protein and carbs and this simple strategy always works for me

Yes Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a good diet program, it uses an online diet generator that alternates your menu between every possible type of calorie, constantly shifting from one type of calorie to the next, ensuring that the scale keeps dropping. Everything is computed for you, and there is no need for calorie counting or label reading.

I guess you just got to make small but steady imporvements. You see, even if you just go for a walk, or eat a little less, you are making a small step in the right direction. I remember my teacher used to say to me that momentum gains momentum. Hopefully that will help you.

A healthier and more practical solution to diet pills would be diet software. After you see your habits and the unhealthy ways some of the things you intake cause you will quickly change your eating. You can check a review of one out below.

Find out how many calories you need by calculating your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate
Body Weight [lb] x 15 + (moderate activity [mins/day] x 3.5)
Since you wish to lose weight, your target = BMR - 500 kcal
For instance, you weigh 140 lb and you perform 20 mins of moderate activity every day. BMR of this example = (140 x 15) + (20 x 3.5) = 2100 + 70 = 2170 kcal. BMR minus 500kcal is 2170 - 500 = 1670 kcal. Therefore 1670 kcal is the target in this example to losing 1 lb per week.

Or You can join some weight loss diet plan that will really help you a lot.

honestly the best diet for losing weight is the Dean Ornish Diet but its so darn hard to stick to. I would avoid the flashy internet diets as they are probably more interested in your money. Stick with the ones that are tried and true Ornish, Atkins ect.... lots of things will work just be realistic about goals.

Don't forget that age does have an impact on the weight loss game. I was always able to get any additional weight off easy with a few more hours in the gym until I turned 28. After that the extra 5 now 10 lbs just want go away. I was able to lose 5 by eliminating dairy from my diet. Any way hang in there you will lose it !

Ive taken all sorts of diet pills before, they work. but once you're off the pill, you gain back all the weight plus sooooo much more. and you only lose weight because you cant sleep, you have no appetite and you're sweating like a pig the whole day. not fun at all.

a good diet plan can help you lose weight more than any pill or spending hours in the gym.
