Hello,
I've been on Atkins for 3 months now and have been very please with the results thus far. Since induction, I've managed to lose about 2 lbs a week on average. The last couple weeks however my weight loss seems to have stalled. Given how long I've been on the diet, I've stopped officially measuring and counting carbs as I'm now able to 'eyeball' how many carbs to eat. I am not aware of any change in my diet or any increase in carbs. I'm eating exactly the same stuff that has lead to my success over the past 3 months and I have been in ketosis the whole time. I know stalling after induction is normal, however is this type of stall also normal, or am I likely doing something wrong? Is it a matter of just continuing to be patient or is there something I should do? |
