hi all, got this idea for a thread on the atkins site (atkins.com)
rightnow i'm having: burger, with cheddar cheese, cauliflower (4 nc's worth) onion (2 nc's worth) - the veggies were fried in butter and blobbed on top of the burger (cauli was steamed first) then i'm having 2.5 nc's worth of raspberries and 1.5 nc of whipped cream life is good tracy ps - what's everyone else having for lunch today? |
