Default HI every one : )
I have not been on line for quite awhile, first my computer broke down, and then I went back to school just got busy with life : )

I just want to say that I have lost 32pound since I started in late May. From May to Aug I lost the 32 pounds, and starting form Sep to now I have been on the plateau for 2 some months I have not droped a single pound no matter how I exercised : ) I have never been able to stick trough my plateaus on any other diets, but ths time I did it !!! for these 2 moths I stock to it and was not feeling anxious or defeated : ) and sure enough I weighted my self this morning the scale finally moved I droped 2 more pounds that gives me 28 more pounds to reach my gaol : )

I just know that I can do it this time. cuz there is no more anxious feeling about how slowly my weight is droping, I know this is a life style that I have adapted and I am just going to let it work slowly until I reach my goal and feeling good and confident in the mean time : ) no more yo yo for me for life : )

Just want to share these thoughts with everyone

Congratulations...nice to hear from you!

I, too, got totally stuck on a plateau...with less than 9 pounds to my goal, I just stopped losing and wiggled up and down, up and down...took me 76 days to leave 134 behind! I never was up or down much, but I couldn't get under and STAY under 134. Then 133.8 and in 13 days I left 133 behind, and THINK in the last 11 days have said goodbye to 132 (but if I go into the 132's I don't count it...I have to say goodbye to that number forever to credit myself with LOSING it! For the last 3 days I have been 131.6-131.8. However, I still lost a 1/2" off both my waist and abdomen while STUCK in the wiggles.

So a big GOOD JOB for hanging in there for the 2 months. I am totally convinced that if one stay on plan, eventually you will be rewarded, with both the scale AND the tape measure!!

Post often...love to hear your progress!

Toni

as the beautiful kage told me: you are maintaining!!! i lost around 28 pounds and have been sort of hanging around here for some time (of course, i have had some "life moments" going off plan, so i know i'm to blame, but still) - so just think that you're maintaining, and doing great at maintaining, ...and then you'll start losing again when your bod get used to it...

well done! you are doing a great job! and well done not getting discouraged. it IS a lifestyle change, and of course the only alternative is to stiop and gain it back, so good for you for realizing that. some people go on and off for ages before they get that!
