Default Peanut Butter
Hi all, this is my first post, I've been low carbing for two weeks and have had some amazing results so far, this forum has helped me a couple of times and is a great site, thanks.

I have a question as I've discovered a nice dessert - Low sugar Jelly (Jello for US members) and Peanut Butter (ok not exactly a dinner party dish but I'm a kid at heart and it tastes great).

The question is whether or not you think this would be a suitable low carb dish, the Jelly is low sugar and the Peanut Butter is Whole Earth with 3.2g net carbs per 100g (three listed ingredients, Roasted Peanuts, Palm Oil and Sea Salt).

Is Palm Oil a hydrogenated fat? I can't find much on it on the web, any thoughts?

Thanks
Matt
