Default to close to quit
not sure if anyone here remembers me ,I posted here a few times a month or so ago . Ive lost 65lbs was on atkins I did it 100% by the book then once I got within 15lbs of my goal weight I decided to have a cheat night and a few weeks later Im completely off the diet I have been off the diet for a week now and have gained 6lbs . Tommorrow I guess I will start the induction phase ,it sucks to be so close and just give up . Any support will be greatly appreciated

you can do it man! i did the same thing last time i was on this.

I was 30 lbs from my goal but had already ost 60. I decided to ease back into the way i used to eat and 8 months later i had gained 40 lbs back. Then over the next 14 months i gained back the other 20. Just get back on it and stick with it.

I have been on it for 32 days as of today and i dont even find myself wanting to cheat anymore. I wish you the best and hope you can rebound. Goodluck!

All the folks in the world giving you encouragement and advice is comforting but it WILL NOT DO IT for you by itself!

IF you are like me, you have to say, " NO, I don't eat (this or that.)"

You have to say, "Sure, I could have (this or that) but I don't WANT to,
because it will set me back. How important is it?"

I feel it for you bro! Hope you get back on track, and get to that goal! I'm so afraid of doing the same thing to myself, this thing we are after is so fragile, one slip, one meal, boom! OK, you got knocked down, you took it, time to get back up!
