Default Cheerios commercial
Anyone seen the Cheerios commercial on yahoo? It says that people who eat grains "tend" to have a lower bodyweight. The last line is something like... eat grains, lose weight.

OH Paaaaaaaaa-LEASE.........

gotta love it - and cheerios, no less! man, if i give my kids a bowl of the 4 grain cheerios, they're STARVING half an hour later and looking for a second breakfast!

meanwhile, cheerios is "part of a healthy breakfast", which, naturally, includes, banana, toast and orange juice

siiiigh

i had 3 eggs and green onions with cheese for breakfast, and was good for a couple HOURS!!!

Ah, the USDA food pyramid! Cram in those carbs! For years they pushed ANY kind of carbs. I heard that now they recommend you choose the "whole grain carbs" but still push the overload of bread and pasta.

Don't get me started. That's how I got 40 pounds overweight!!! PASTA OVERLOAD! NOT sugar.
