Has any one tried apple cider vinegar? Did it help with weight loss or anything else?

Do you mean in quanities greater than a TBS on your salad?

Tril... ever the skeptic

i'm back on trying it for my constantly blocked (hayfever) nose.....quite a few people said it helped them....so why not have a go?? (i drink it diluted with stevia )

Thanks for the useful link, Tril. It seems that ACV has been used as weight loss remedy for a long time, though there has been little scientific testing so far. I will try it as a supplement and report back here.
