Today was assessment day!!!!

I lost another 5 inches and increased my body weight squats by 4, pushups I went to 15 real ones and 19 girlie ones, situps remained the same and decreased my mile by 14 seconds

When we started our spring boot camp session, my trainer started a "Biggest Transformation Contest". The person who made the biggest transformation throughout the 12 week spring session would win the summer session for free.

It wasn't only going to be based on weight loss.. Here was the criteria...

All of these exercises were done as many times as possible in one minute

Starting.......................................... ............. Finishing
Sit-ups-20 .................................................. ...33
Push-ups-no real ones, 22 girlie ones .....................8 real ones, 28 girlie ones
Body weight squats- 30..................................... 38

Then we ran a mile
Starting................................ Finishing
14:15minutes.......................... 11:12

Then we measured at waist, abdomen and hips.... and I lost a total of 12 inches

Sooooooooooo, I won!!!!!

ANNNNNNNNNNNND My trainer was so proud....not only did I get the summer free, but I'm free til the NEW YEAR!!!!!!!

One more annnnnnnnnnnnnd.... She put me up on her website!!!
