Default why is nuts off limit during induction
why is food contain both protein and somecarb not good for induction period?

why can't we account this carb into the daily carb limit?

I am just very curious

Dr A said that it's not just about total carbs... it's about the food. 20g of chocolate is not equal to 20g of fresh vegetables. You can have nuts on the 3rd rung of OWL. If you're getting 12 - 15 g from vegetables (like you're supposed to be doing) then there's really not room for nuts in your diet. You'd have to eliminate all the other sources of allowed carbs... no cream, no cheese for example. Nuts are very easy to overeat, as well. 2 TBS of peanuts have 1.8 net grams. 2 TBS natural PNB has 4.8 net grams. Save them for later.
