I jog, brisk-walk, workout at least 3 times a week. My height and weigh - 5'9, 154lbs (1.7m, 70kg). I will eat junk food so long as I shed calories. The beach is 5mins walk from where I live and there is jogging track, cycling track, roller blading track and exercise stations along the whole stretch of the beach.

Lots of protein; never sit at a meal longer than thirty minutes- unless it's like a five course at a fancy place; if you think you are hungry and it's not meal time, drink some water; drink water before you eat anyhow- it fills you up; always wait fifteen minutes before getting up and getting seconds- you may feel full if you wait.
You don't have to run either- if you walk on the treadmill at a high incline at 2.5 mph, you work just as hard as running on a flat surface at 5.0- and you'll probably last longer! |
