![]() Starting today, there will be a OWWC!!! Who can participate? EVERYONE! What do you do? DRINK WATER! How much? IT'S UP TO YOU! Really, how much you drink should depend on your body, your temperature where you live, your activity level, your body weight, your goals. The most popular guideline is 8 8oz glasses a day... 64 oz total. If you're metric, that's about 2 liters. For me, that's just 4 of my drinking glasses (my glass holds 16 oz.). What do I do? State your intent to participate. Then, at the end of the day post on this thread... tell us what your goal was, tell us how much you drank. Then, if you want you can say how many days so far that you've met your goal. For example... I'm going to participate, so I will say: "Water goal for today: 64 oz, I drank 71 oz, goal met 1/7 days." Tomorrow I would say... goal met 2/7 days (if I make it). Do coffee, tea or diet drinks count? NO. This is a WATER challenge.
