Well, I didn't make my March goal but that's not stopping me from joining April.

Hey Tracyred - thanks for the encouragement! Well today my muscles are more than surprised....they are saying what the heck were you thinking!!!
I did enjoy the soak last night and I think it helped. Getting ready to do cardio now and I'm sure it will be a challenge due to the soreness. Sorry to hear you don't have a jacuzzi - they really are wonderful, and a good excuse to read trashy magazines while soaking...LOL |

That's right... no more fooling around. The days are warmer and longer (for some of us) and skimpy clothes are only weeks away. So NO MORE FOOLING around. Let's get the weight off. Ready?

yes! i'm ready!
and - i'm thinking for a week i'm gonna give fitday the flick. i was tracking and losing through feb on my own, with dr a's list and reading package labels, so i'm going to do that again for a week and see how i go. also going to look at what i was eating the last week or 2 of feb and try those things again..... also going to start OWL....tomorrow! 5 more veggie grams, here i come! if i don't see a happy change in a week, i'll go back to fitday. not that fitday is keeping me from losing, but tracking my food and planning the next day diligently gets discouraging when the changes aren't happening the way i expect. basically i just want to save some time and stop worrying about calories for a bit. it may backfire, (if so i'll go back to fitday; my digital kitchen scale is arriving soon from ebay as well so that may help) we shall see...so i'm keeping my april goal at 175! ![]() tracy |
