Well, I didn't make my March goal but that's not stopping me from joining April. Seriously, how much will I lose if I don't? :wink: So, a little disapppointed but I need a new swimsuit so here goes. Stats:

Starting weight: 147.5
Goal Weight: 144.5

Challenges: Two out of town trips, one Birthday, Easter dinner, lots of chocolate around the house from the Easter Egg hunt. I'm doomed.

This month I want in...

Today: 138 lbs

April's Goal: 125 lbs

I know it's a bold goal. I'm always bold! This month I'm a fool because I believe I can do this. As they say “Persistency is a fool's best asset”.

Hey Tracyred - thanks for the encouragement! Well today my muscles are more than surprised....they are saying what the heck were you thinking!!!

I did enjoy the soak last night and I think it helped. Getting ready to do cardio now and I'm sure it will be a challenge due to the soreness.

Sorry to hear you don't have a jacuzzi - they really are wonderful, and a good excuse to read trashy magazines while soaking...LOL

just went to bodypump (6am class!) and would love a soak rather than a shower

ah well, maybe someone will get me the shiatsu for my birthday in september (dh, are you listening???)

I'm going to be a week away from work starting saturday. So I'll come back on the 13th hopefully with a loss to report.

Since I don't know if tomorrow I'll manage to come here, here's my update: 136 lbs.

Don't spoil it with the Easter eggs... Take care.

yes! i'm ready!

and - i'm thinking for a week i'm gonna give fitday the flick. i was tracking and losing through feb on my own, with dr a's list and reading package labels, so i'm going to do that again for a week and see how i go.

also going to look at what i was eating the last week or 2 of feb and try those things again.....

also going to start OWL....tomorrow! 5 more veggie grams, here i come!

if i don't see a happy change in a week, i'll go back to fitday. not that fitday is keeping me from losing, but tracking my food and planning the next day diligently gets discouraging when the changes aren't happening the way i expect. basically i just want to save some time and stop worrying about calories for a bit. it may backfire, (if so i'll go back to fitday; my digital kitchen scale is arriving soon from ebay as well so that may help) we shall see...so i'm keeping my april goal at 175!

Dang....just started turbo sculpt today.....ahhhhh my poor aching muscles!

So the plan for work outs is: alternate cardio and muscle sculpt. That is if I survive...LOL

I thought I was getting fit doing my cardio and biking every day....HA! Well I'm soaking in the Jacuzzi tub tonight!!!

it does hurt to mix it up doesn't it - gives your muscles a bit of a surprise!

you enjoy that jacuzzi - what i wouldn't give for one of those! or a homedics shiatsu massager......oh how i want one!

why don't i get one you say? they're 300 bones here in australia!
