I was doing great on Atkins from October to November. Then Christmas I messed up and now I've been craving cereal for breakfast because I am SO tired of eggs! I know Atkins has some kind of breakfast bars but I really don't like them.
Anyone know of anything else we can have for breakfast? Even a smoothie is out because it has milk. I'm thinking I should start on the Induction again because I've gotten so off track. Thanks for your help (in advance!). Alice ![]() |
