Default UK begginer - preparation
HI.. am new to this site.. previously have done atkins in 2001 and did really well losing 3 stone.. am now desperate to have the same success after recently gaining weight - have had a baby 2 yrs ago and then slimmed for my wedding last year but with stress and general living am heavier than i've ever been.

Looking for suggestions of products available in the uk.. particularly salad dressings.. the diet seems to have changed since I originally did it.. any hints and tips welcomed.. have printed out my initial meal plan .. just trying to arm myself with as much amunition poss before I begin the fight!!

oh, yes, catherine, it sure is the beginning to a positive start!

a good idea is to look in the recipe section for "easy mayo recipe" or something like that - can't rmember the exact title - Tril is the author...anyway, it is REALLY good as a salad dressing, and no sugars, thickeners added etc. it's also quie happily fatty, so will give you the fats you need through the day (tablespoon, here, tablespoon there...
