So this morning looking at protein shakes that are available at my Walmart, since closest health store is an hour away. Didn't find one that didn't have sugar or maltodextrin, ugh. Seriously considered getting the Jillian Michaels? powder anyway just to add some vanilla flavor to my smoothies.
So while looking for that, I spotted Atkins snack bars. Wondering if once I am in P3 if I can have any of those if I get a sweet craving? sub instead of candy? I always used Fiber one bars to get rid of cravings for sweets before starting HCG. Helped keep things moving to boot,LOL. Less calories too. Not really familiar with Atkins. Trying to read up a bit on it but thought maybe someone here would be familiar with it? |
