Hi there,

Well it'd be best to get some more info first.

How long have you been on induction?
Have you followed the rules 100%? (please be honest! )
What weight loss (or none) have you seen so far?
What's your current weight (if you don't mind me asking)?

Everybody'll be able to make some much more informed suggestions and I'm sure we can all help advise with more info.

Emma

started on induction 18th october 2010. I now weigh 191lb. I have lost 5lb since i started.
I have been sticking to the indution 98% as I have sneaked a couple of handfulls of pea's into a meal once or twice. I have been having 12-15net from veggies. and a few macadamia nuts
part from that i have been doing really well.

Simple answer is yes. Why? Because you're feeling deprived and that's not good and you've been doing Induction for two weeks.

Here's how to do it:

Good luck!
