Looking like a good goal. I'm thinking of doing the same thing, but my goal is 110, and I'm at like 140. I'm only a kid, so yeah, but I get called fat, and girls love abs. I'll be following ya!

Thank you, thank you.

It's weird. Once you start doing it, you get addicted. When I'm at work I can't wait to get home and feel the burn.

I started working out two weeks ago. Just running, crunches and pushups. Then I went to running, crunches, pushups and kettlebell work. Before the running I was being really careful about what I ate and when I ate it. Making sure that I never had that hungry feeling, but never had that full feeling either.

That'll work. Just throw some sweating in there and you'll lose it in no time and tone yourself up. Working out has alot of benefits. Right now it keeps the demons at bay. When something starts to faze me, I work out and it all goes away. By the time I'm done working out, I'm tired enough go to bed and its such a deep sleep I dont stay up thinking about the shit that was bothering me.

Begining Weight: 260.5

Last months Weight: 224.5

Weight Goal: 200

Current Weight to date: 207.5

This is 45 mins a day and being very careful as to what I eat. I eat three times a day with a light snack between. All whole healthy foods. High carbs in the morning and afternoon. Low carbs and heavy protein in the evening. Kettlebells every other day and running between. My metabolism is a machine right now. Anyone can do this! If you have always wanted to lose weight or trim up, YOU CAN DO IT! Believe me! Its possible! Believe in yourself!

I took this one so you can see where I was before starting. I dont have any shirtless pics of me before this as I was too shy about my body. But these pants used to be tight enough for me to worry about the button popping off as it was only stitched on. Looks like I dont have that problems anymore. lol

That is AWESOME, Boomer...you must be very proud of yourself!!! If not, you should be, dammit!!! And this....

If you have always wanted to lose weight or trim up, YOU CAN DO IT! Believe me! Its possible! Believe in yourself!
...is absolutely TRUE. I made excuses for years and years for why I couldn't lose the weight. It took my doctor recommending lapband surgery and diet pills for me to actual REALIZE how serious a problem it was. Once I started losing weight I couldn't believe how simple it really is...get off your ass, stop eating crap, and that's pretty much it.

Good job, Boomer...looking good, hon!!!
