Hi,
My name is Sam. Im 38 years old, 1.55 cm height,53 kgs weight. I started Atkins one month ago when i weighed 56 kgs, i lost 3 kilos during the first two weeks, but stopped losing now.I just need to be 51 kgs before my wedding, my ideal weight, i feel very good when im that 51 kgs. Do you know why i have stopped losing weight? My typical day would be: Breakfast: 2 - 3 fried eggs lunch: chicken or salmon with salad or vegetables Dinner: same as above sometimes i have sugar free jelly one cup for a snack, i go to the gym 5 times a week for an hour or two, i drink 2 - 3 liters of water i drink two cups of decaf coffee with cream every day. In addition, i have put one kilo from yesterday to today. Can you put one kilo in a day? i ate as the above yesterday, no additional food. Im not expecting my period, but i need to understand why and how did i put this kilo to avoid doing it again? Do you have any ideas? can you help. thank you all. |

Thank you ever so much. You are right, and your explanation makes a lot of sense. Its really hot in Cyprus and that could be the reason for my water retention, which i lost today
