Carb count question...?
Hi everyone!
OK, so I know you take fiber away from carb count, but what about "of which sugars"?? I am looking at buying macadamia nuts for snacking and am a bit alarmed, does this mean they contain sugar?? Nutritional Information Typical information per 100g Energy 3166 kJ Energy 767 kcals Protein 7.8g Carbohydrates 12.8g of which sugars 4.1g Fat 76.1g of which saturates 11.9g Fibre 8.0g Sodium 0.27g Help!! Thans for the reply! but do I take the sugar amount out to get the net carb count, or just the fiber?

I have been taking away fiber count from everything, this is baaad!! It that 100% definite? the "Atkins new diet revolution" I read was a UK version and still told me to take away the fiber? Also other Atkins people in UK have told me they do this? |
