Tonight one of my regulars at the restaurant i wait tables at (who I hadn't seen since new years eve) asked me what my "trick" was and i asked "in regards to what?" They said they could tell I was looking a little thinner in the face and in general. Hooray!!

No scale though, don't know what I've lost.

well done, g-man!! that is always fantastic to hear, isn't it?

keep up the good work....part of my own motivation is that we have lots of different friends we only see occasionally, and how much better i'm gonna look when i see them all!
