well it depends. what do you consider "unhealthy" food??? a bag of patato chips is not unhealthy unless you have 10 a day every day. a big mac isnt too bad unless you have 2 for lunch and 4 for dinner each day. see where im getting at..nothing is really unhealthy as long as its in modertation. unless of course the meat has gone bad, then it can be very bad on your stomach.

You can find it on ezinearticles dot com.. There are lots of articles in there.. There are quiet good writers in there that you just need. You can always think about your question and find out the answer yourself by not reading articles but exploring and seeing things for yourself. Example, imagine yourself eating 10 bags of potato chips everyday and you'll gonna do this for 2 months.. No veggies, no other foods and no fruits.. purely potato chips. Imagine the very ugly result.
