Raw meat that was cooked or Cooked meat?

Hi all,

The title might be a bit strange, but basically this is my question. I am using 2 web sites (calorie count and fitday) to count calorie, carbs, fat, protein etc.

And after a while of using them I find myself asking, when on those websites they put 300 Grams beef (baked, only lean eaten) ##fat, ##prot, etc...

Do they mean 300 grams of raw meat that was cooked or they mean actual 300 grams of cooked meat (which might be like 500grams of raw meat)?
