Weight once a day, once a week...
I know that Tril weights herself every day. Is that what most of you do on this forum? Should I do the same? Thoughts???

Thought... you should figure out what works best for YOU. Do fluctuations throw you off or can you throw off fluctuations?

For me I think the scale is a stick/carrot tool. If I lose or stay the same is encourages me to work that much harder, if I go up and I know I've been cheating, it encourages me to get back on track. I can gain 10 pounds in a week so I'd rather be able to nip it in the bud early or suffer through having to look at it everyday!
