I'm in. Weight yesterday was 228. If this is for 10 weeks then I am going to have to shoot for 210 by the end of that time.
Weekly Goals Week 1 228 Week 2 226 Week 3 224 Week 4 222 Week 5 220 Week 6 218 Week 7 216 Week 8 214 Week 9 212 Week 10 210 Woo Hoo!!! Okie, I planned my work now I just need to work the plan. Lets Go. Good Luck all. I am going to have to step it up a bit as I am only now losing at a rate of 1.7 per week. |

If you want to put it to a vote, I'm in too. I plan to start again around January 5th.
![]() I always intended for my holiday challenge to end on 12/24 because with a huge holiday party at my house and tons of leftovers and sweets, it was not realistic for me to continue beyond that point. ![]() Well, I missed my goal by 1.5 pounds. Not bad really, if you figure I was trying for 12.5 and lost 11. How much would I have lost if I hadn't tried? So I'm cool with that. 8) |

The current holiday challenge ends on Wednesday of next week... if there's enough interest we should run another one after that.
I wouldn't mind doing monthly challenges. Like, January could be "January Jump Start Challenge" (back to basics, back to the plan, Induction, etc)... February could be "February Food Focus Challenge" (try new foods, post a recipe, etc). Each challenge would be one month long with a different theme to keep it interesting... long enough to be successful, not too long to be overwhelming. People could join/drop out or skip a month anytime. Let me know what you think! Tril |
