Default Not being totally strict on induction but still in ketosis??
When I say not totally strict it's only minimal really and not like having a chocolate bar or anything like that!

Example.

Breakfast: Ham 2 egg omlette
Lunch: Homemade chili made with minced steak mince, tomatoes, shalots, shrooms and seasoning.
Dinner: Roasted red pepper with feta cheese and a mint yoghurt dip.

LOTS of water by the way.

By my counting this day is way below 20g carbs although I am having some things like the dip and the shalots that are not on the induction list.

however, I am still in ketosis.

Anyone see a problem with this??

Regards,

That's normal -- and your menu sounds delicious! However, its probably more geared towards OWL.

People have different sensitivity levels to carbohydrates. That's what I suspect is happening in your case. Of course, monitor your ketosis each day at the same time to confirm this.

As long as you aren't going for the chocolate bars and eating a balanced low-carb diet, I say no worries and rock on!

Thanks for your reply EMC...

I figured it'd be ok as long as I was in Keitosis.
